When you join a briefing or request access to a report or membership, we collect the email address you submit and the source of that request. Partnership inquiries may also include your name, company, indicative budget and campaign objective.
We record limited first-party events such as selecting an access path, opening or completing a free decision tool, requesting a report or submitting a partnership inquiry. These events contain the page, action label and time; the publication does not attach them to an advertising profile or store your checklist answers.
We may receive ordinary technical request data needed to operate and secure the website. We do not ask for payment-card information through the current website forms.
How we use information
We use submitted information to deliver requested publication updates, manage report or membership interest, respond to partnership inquiries, prevent abuse and improve the publication experience.
We do not sell personal information. A commercial email is sent only in connection with the request you made or where you have separately agreed to receive it.
Storage and service providers
Form submissions are stored using the website’s managed infrastructure. Limited service providers may process information only to host, secure, analyze or deliver the publication.
We retain records only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, legal obligations, dispute resolution and security. You may request deletion earlier.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from a briefing through any delivery message or ask us to remove a saved request. You may also request access, correction or deletion of the personal information associated with your email.
Current first-party conversion measurement does not require advertising cookies or save your answers to the free assessment tools. Browser settings can restrict cookies or similar technologies if they are introduced later for analytics or essential functionality.
